Responsible for managing series retail distribution and providing business insights, including merchandising compliance and analytics to drive brand publishing sales in North American retail.

Liaise with operations, IT, sales, merchandising teams and accounts (as required) to coordinate efforts and maximize revenue of the brand publishing program. Manages the optimization of profitability of series dedicated space at retailers across North America to achieve retailer targets and supports the direct selling of Harlequin brand products to key accounts. Forecasting the print & bind requirements for Harlequin series distribution in North America and updating projections on a monthly cadence.

Managing the implementation of series distributions with key accounts, sales and operations team, including providing information and materials required for buyers, along with set-up of unique configuration requirements to support series distribution. Directly responsible for the management of monthly series distribution planning and execution at key accounts. Set up requirements in key account’s and Harlequin systems, coordinating with internal IT and operations teams to ensure effective operations and implementation.

In addition, monitors product flow through distribution process, key account warehouses to store level ingestion and finally merchandising compliance at store level. Oversees the distribution of brand publishing trade paperback, including managing the approval of P&B;,



overseeing projections and orders to identify sales opportunities and emerging challenges based on buy levels and sales results trends. Supports business cultivation efforts through planning and execution of physical account specific initiatives and promotions to ensure sales are maximized.

Support the Harlequin business analysis reporting group with data collection, visualization, forecasting and analysis for publishing programs. Maintain and distribute the eBook and Audio title catalogues Provide performance reports and analysis for strategic digital initiatives Develop and maintain dashboards for distribution channels as required Assist with forecasting and financial budgets for publishing programs and distribution channels as required Undergraduate degree ~ Analysis ~ Excellent relationship building skills ~ This position operates in an office setting with some need to travel within North America.
