Enhance your career as a full time Emergency Medical Technician at Whitewood Community Health Centre. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to deliver Advanced Life Support in emergency situations.
You will provide critical care in response to both emergent and non-emergent calls, assessing, treating, and transporting those in need while adhering to established protocols. Your work schedule will encompass 12-hour shifts across various times, including weekends and holidays. A valid Class 4 driver's license and an International Trauma Life Support Certificate (ITLS) are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat patients during emergency calls • Deliver Advanced Life Support promptly and effectively • Document interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations • Ensure patient safety during transportation • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals seamlessly
Requirements: • Must possess an ITLS Certificate • Hold a valid Class 4 driver’s license • Registered with Saskatchewan College of Paramedics • Completed Pre-Hospital Care Program - PCP Level • Preference for HSAS members
