What it's like to be a Northbridge Underwriting Service Representative Our Underwriting Service Representatives work hard to provide support to Underwriters; performing administrative tasks that allow the Commercial Underwriting team to best serve our customers. Reporting to the Team Leader, Underwriting Service Support, they also use their strong Customer Service skills to work with our internal Underwriting teams; verifying information needed to get the job done right. They are extremely detail-oriented, accurate, and have a robust desire to complete tasks quickly - while always wanting to lend a helping hand.

Performing data entry and data calculations Customer Service Post-Secondary Education and/or Insurance experience Intermediate level computer skills, and the ability to learn new programs We have a flexible hybrid model that allows you to work from home up to 2 days per week, with added flexibility for when you really need it.
