Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing Install and repair auto glass &

• ADAS Calibration (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) on a wide range of vehicles – cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and equipment Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently while following best practices Deliver top-quality workmanship using proper techniques that meet or exceed industry standards Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/POS/FSM/CRM) Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services,



aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified work environment – in the shop and in service vehicles Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls , including in-shop and mobile jobs as required What We’re Looking For in an Ideal Team Member Proven experience in auto glass installation (or equivalent hands‑on technical experience in a similar trade) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Friendly, professional, and client‑focused demeanor – you’re the face of our service Ability to work independently and thrive in a high‑performing team environment Reliable and punctual – you show up, follow through, and take ownership Physically capable of lifting to 50 lbs and working on vehicles at various heights Willingness to grow through our Paid Apprenticeship, Training &
