Silver Fox Pharmacy in London is a Long Term Care pharmacy looking for a responsive, enthusiastic Pharmacist to join our dynamic operations team! Must possess a positive team spirit!

Responsibilities:

As a Full-Time Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in optimizing medication continuity and resident outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Follows all provincial and federal laws, standards and regulations which govern the practice of pharmacy at all time
- Work with all members of the pharmacy team to ensure medication orders are dispensed accurately and safely
- Check prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness; communicating concerns to prescriber




- Maintain accurate, organized and complete resident health records ensuring appropriate documentation of health information.
- Participates in ongoing continuing education, remaining current in pharmaceutical, medical and professional licensing information
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Must be willing to be included in an after-hours on-call rotation

Qualifications/Experience:

- Registration and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacist
- Ability to establish strong partnerships with other members of the health care team
- Knowledge of Kroll Windows and experience with eMAR an asset
