Society is seeking a dedicated RAP Worker for a term contract from December 1, 2026, to December 24, 2027. You’ll assist Government-Assisted Refugees (GARs) with essential settlement services, addressing their immediate needs for a successful transition. Ideal candidates will bring at least two years of experience in social services and familiarity with the unique challenges faced by newcomers. Key Responsibilities:

- Support GAR clients upon arrival and during initial resettlement
- Conduct needs assessments and provide timely referrals




- Facilitate orientations connecting clients to community resources
- Maintain detailed client records and report program outcomes
- Assist clients in accessing federal and provincial services Requirements:
- Undergraduate diploma/degree in a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of local community resources for refugees
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
