As a key member of the integrated services team, you will work closely with marginalized populations, support community reintegration, and foster therapeutic relationships.

- Monitor and support clients while adhering to guidelines
- Document client progress and community reintegration plans

- Grade 12 and Community Social Service certificate
- One year related experience with marginalized populations
