ManiGoose Inc. is a Winnipeg-based retail company specializing in practical, well-designed kitchen appliances, beauty appliances, and everyday lifestyle products.

We are building a modern and welcoming neighbourhood retail store where customers can see products in person, ask questions, receive product demonstrations, and shop with confidence.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and sales-minded Full-Time Retail Sales & Operations Associate who is interested in growing with our business long term.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, qualified service
- Proactively approach customers and understand their needs
- Recommend suitable products and assist with purchasing decisions
- Explain and demonstrate kitchen and beauty appliances
- Operate Square and/or Helcim POS systems
- Process sales, returns and basic customer transactions
- Receive, organize, price and display inventory
- Assist with SKU and basic inventory records

- Prepare customer pickup orders
- Keep the store clean, organized and visually attractive
- Answer basic customer questions in person, by phone or online
- Assist with simple product photos and short product demonstration videos
- Support other day-to-day retail/store operations

Requirements
- Fluent and confident spoken English is required
- Strong conversational or fluent French is required.
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Comfortable proactively speaking with customers
- Strong customer-service and sales mindset
- Comfortable learning and demonstrating products
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Square, Helcim, Shopify POS, Clover, Moneris or similar POS experience is an asset
- Comfortable participating in simple product demonstration videos
- Reliable, punctual and organized
- Interested in stable,
