Research iconic and trending designs and build a pipeline of launch candidates Set up new products across our online store and advertising, and act fast on how they perform Run product development with our external technical team for new designs; Follow our documented step‑by‑step processes for every stage, and improve them when you find a better way Uncapped bonus As above: your bonus is tied to the performance of the products you launch, with no ceiling.

Experience in furniture: product development, design, buying, production or merchandising A real passion for furniture and a strong eye: you know what looks valuable and how it fits together, and you can explain why Knowledge of the US furniture market Commercial and data‑driven: you care whether a product sells, not just whether you like it Furniture product development, design, buying or merchandising as a primary role Furniture manufacturing or technical knowledge (materials, construction, tech packs) Experience dealing with overseas suppliers (quotes, samples, production) Experience with e‑commerce platforms, online advertising or AI image tools (helpful, not required) we don’t design.
