Candidates should have a solid background in systems administration, alongside experience with Gaming Management Systems. Your responsibilities include managing systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring adherence to policies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage operating systems and hardware lifecycle • Monitor server health and performance metrics • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support • Collaborate with IT customers and team members

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ systems administration experience • 2 years’ gaming management systems experience preferred • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Experience with backup and recovery solutions • Knowledge of database security practices
