Your future role on our team
Are you interested in putting your organizational skills to work for a rapidly evolving Human Resources (HR) team? As a coordinator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and administering corporate programs, while supporting the HR team’s daily activities. You’ll ensure thorough follow-ups, prepare high-quality documents and help keep priorities, deadlines and information well organized.
You’ll work closely with the Chief People and Sustainability Officer, the HR Director and internal partners. This role is well suited to someone who is autonomous, reliable, service oriented and enjoys managing multiple files at once while improving work methods. Your coordination and administration experience will be essential;
experience in HR would be an asset.

- Coordinate and administer various corporate programs, including the personal events program, the loyalty program and the leadership program, while handling communications, schedules, registrations and necessary follow-ups
- Administer the HR team’s financial and logistical activities, including budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, expense reports and corporate credit cards
- Coordinate the revision of employee manuals, the annual HR calendar and the corporate calendar of statutory holidays and vacation days, in collaboration with the relevant personnel
- Prepare, review and format PowerPoint presentations, documents and meeting outlines for the Chief People and Sustainability Officer and the HR Director, ensuring content quality and visual consistency
- Support HR technicians with certain HR tasks during peak periods and vacation

Summary Of Certifications And Job Requirements
- A college diploma in administration, human resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant experience in coordination and administration; experience working on an HR team would be an asset
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and a keen eye for detail
- Autonomous, reliable, discreet and the ability to follow up and work with multiple stakeholders effectively
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
