We are looking for a reliable, hard-working General Labourer to join our production and fabrication team. In this role, you will support daily shop operations, assist with material handling, operate basic shop tools, and ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe.

Key Responsibilities

- Load, unload, and stage raw materials (wood panels, metal composites, acrylics, and hardware) across work areas.
- Assist machine operators and fabricators with assembly, material prep, sanding, and finishing.
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools (drills, sanders, saws, measuring tapes).
- Package finished products securely, verify order counts, and prep items for palletizing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop floor, removing scrap material and sweeping work bays daily.




- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety guidelines and proper lifting procedures.

Requirements

- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably throughout the shift.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, carpentry, or construction environment is an asset, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Comfort using basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a busy shop crew.
- Steel-toed safety boots required.
