General Labourer – Night Shift

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Industry: Manufacturing / Custom Plastic Extrusion

About the Position

We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, and motivated General Labourer to join our team on the night shift.

The ideal candidate will have a positive and outgoing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment, so the successful candidate must be comfortable working on their feet, following instructions, and assisting with various production tasks throughout the shift.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist with the start-up and shutdown of production lines.
- Pack finished product neatly and efficiently as it comes off the production line.
- Assist production operators with daily tasks as required.
- Operate machinery and equipment when necessary and after proper training.
- Assist with line changes, material handling, and general production duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow instructions from the Plant Manager and production team.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
- Follow all company safety and production procedures.




- Perform other general labour and production duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be a hard worker with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
- Positive and outgoing attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset, but not required.
- High School Diploma is recommended but not required.
