Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various construction, maintenance, and operational projects across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required; we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on-site
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople with their daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Operate basic tools and machinery as instructed and under supervision
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team

- Basic understanding of safety procedures in industrial or construction settings
