- Oversee daily management of condominiums
- Serve as contact for Boards, owners, and contractors
- Organize maintenance, inspections, and project work
- Prepare and attend meetings with Boards and owners
- Assist with financial reporting and auditing support Requirements:
- In good standing with CMRAO as a General Licensee
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Available for evening board meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
