The successful candidate is responsible for:

- General maintenance
- Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Building maintenance
- Troubleshooting and repair of machinery, building systems, and other equipment
- Assisting with building clean up and organization
- Changing lightbulbs
- Painting
- Emptying garbage bins
- Assist production with material handling
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 5 years of general maintenance is preferred
- Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic machinery repairs
- Knowledge of welding, machining, electrical, and electronics are considered an asset
- Understanding of power tools and equipment to perform duties
- Knowledge of safety requirements and PPE
- Forklift driving experience is considered an asset




- Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English
- Must have a valid driver’s license

Starting wage will be based on experience. Benefits: 9 month waiting period. (Negotiable)

Hours of work: 8-hours.
