MediaGo is seeking a motivated Partner Operations Specialist to serve as the operational bridge between global business teams and ecosystem partners. You will manage partner communications, handle ad quality appeals, and maintain a Case & Escalation Tracker to support growth across North America and beyond.

The role requires 1–3 years in related ops roles, robust English communication, and bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred.
