Xanadu in Toronto, Canada, seeks a Corporate Governance & Compliance lead reporting to the CLO & Corporate Secretary. You will oversee securities law compliance, board administration, and subsidiary entity management for a dual-listed company on the TSX and NASDAQ.

The role requires 3–7 years in corporate law with cross-border experience and strong drafting, negotiation, and regulatory filing skills. Base salary is CAD 160k–190k, with equity and advantages.
