The Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished Global Entity Services Specialist to join our Global Entity Services team as part of our financial services business in Montreal. Your primary responsibilities include





- Contribute directly to delivering first class service to our clients who are leading international private equity groups; - Interact with global team members as well as our clients and their counsel on client deliverables; and - Execute all entity management tasks in accordance with the clients’ service agreements and protocols.

What You Bring In addition to a commitment to delivering superior candidate and stakeholder experiences:

- A University Degree or College Diploma, preferably with a business or legal concentration; - Highly oranized, with high attention to detail and well‑developed critical thinking skills with ability to practically apply the same; - Ability to manage multiple tasks and is energized by rapid‑paced environment - An innate desire to consistently strive for excellence, take pride in carrying out their responsibilities efficiently and with impeccable execution, and proactively looks for opportunities to recommend improvements to systems and processes; - A pro‑active, resilient, self‑starter who works well within a team, is energized by a continuous learning environment and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines - Strong written and verbal English skills are required; - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; and - An aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential.
