Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, executing thorough testing, analyzing processes, and collaborating with IT and HR stakeholders to enhance system functionality. You will also create documentation and communication strategies to drive stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to Oracle HR Support requests and analyze issues
- Lead system testing including user acceptance tests




- Collaborate on Oracle system implementations and integrations
- Analyze and recommend solutions for HR processes
