About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Graduate HR Generalist to join their Human Resources department in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide assistance with employee relations inquiries and concerns.

Requirements
