This is not a traditional graphic design position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating production-ready artwork, supporting product launches, contributing to marketing, and jumping into production when needed.

Core ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Product Development

- Prototype new product artwork and layouts.
- Create production-ready print and cut files for manufacturing.
- Develop accurate vector artwork for new products.
- Prepare files for UV printing, vinyl cutting, and production.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and artwork revisions.
- Ensure all artwork meets company quality standards.

Adobe Illustrator proficiency is essential. This role requires advanced Illustrator skills and the ability to build clean, production-ready vector artwork from start to finish. Marketing & Content Support (Preferred)

- Create graphics for social media, websites, and digital advertising.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Assist with product photography and image editing.
- Help maintain the company’s social media presence.
- Create marketing assets that align with the CAS brand.

Production Support (As Needed)

- Print, cut, weed,



and package products.
- Perform quality control inspections.
- Assist production during busy periods.
- Help maintain production equipment and workstations.

Required Skills

- Expert-level Adobe Illustrator proficiency.
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills.
- Excellent graphic design and layout abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Solid organizational and file management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new software and production processes.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support different areas of the business.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
