This role reports to the Regional Manager and involves routine groundskeeping, seasonal maintenance, and property inspections. You'll handle snow removal, garbage collection, and general upkeep while promptly responding to work orders and resident requests. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain clean and safe building exteriors and grounds
- Perform snow and ice removal in designated areas
- Conduct property inspections for safety and cleanliness
- Respond timely to assigned work orders and concerns
