Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Group Home Operators to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to participants with diverse needs. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment by assisting participants with daily activities, managing their health and well-being, and fostering independence. Responsibilities

- Assist participants with Activities of Daily Living.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, and blood sugar.
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing housekeeping duties within the group home setting




- Drive participants when necessary for appointments or community activities, ensuring safety at all times

Requirements

- Knowledge of medication administration.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Demonstrated ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate personal care
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring specialized support
- Valid driver’s license for driving participants when needed; secure driving record required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
