Turn Content Into Growth
This is a growth role, not just a content role.
You'll connect organic activity to Traffic → Signup → Conversion → CAC and continuously evaluate: which content actually acquires users? Which channels produce the highest-quality traffic? Which high-traffic content fails to convert?
Track
Record — you can show real examples of content, accounts, search traffic or community programs you've personally built, with clear performance data.
Strong Content
Instinct — you can tell the difference between what a company wants to say and what a user actually cares about.
Community
Native — you understand Rednote and Reddit at a native level: native content, UGC KOC word-of-mouth, community culture, reputation building. You know how to grow a product without destroying the trust that makes communities valuable. SEO GEO Fundamentals — keywords, search intent, content structure, SEO, AI Search GEO — and you can turn these into an ongoing content system.
Growth & Data Mindset — you look beyond impressions. You care about Traffic → Signup → Conversion → CAC, and use data to decide what to stop, improve, repeat and scale. You don't need someone to hand you a daily content calendar.
Bilingual: native-level Mandarin + working English — you'll create for a Chinese-speaking community and grow into English channels (Reddit, SEO). Consumer fintech / e-commerce / DTC experience Rednote brand growth Reddit community growth SEO content growth GEO AI Search GA4 Search Console Ahrefs Semrush UGC KOC creator management community seeding landing page optimization conversion tracking As channels prove out, you'll take on more: defining the organic growth strategy building scalable content SOPs building repeatable production and distribution systems managing freelancers agencies and creators building a reliable content supply chain owning content calendars and growth reporting scaling proven channels — and eventually building a small organic growth team.
