You’ll manage a variety of clerical and accounting tasks, interact warmly with residents and visitors, and contribute to a safe, comfortable, and engaging atmosphere. Welcome residents, families, and visitors, and respond to inquiries with care Answer phones, route messages, and manage incoming and outgoing mail Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation Assist with billing, accounts payable/receivable, and daily bank deposits Ensure health, safety, and confidentiality policies are always followed.
