Responsibilities

- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene
- Engage clients with friendly communication, actively listening to their needs and offering expert advice on hair care routines and products




- Upsell retail hair care products and salon services to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education and training

Experience

- Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of work showcasing diverse styles
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients in a warm, skilled manner
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain styling options and product recommendations
- Experience with retail sales techniques to promote salon products confidently
