The Role

As a subcontract handyman, you'll travel to residential and commercial clients across the GTA to complete repair, maintenance and small renovation jobs. We provide a steady flow of booked jobs so you can focus on doing great work.

Required Experience & Qualifications The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in residential renovation, handyman services, maintenance, or construction.

The candidate must have experience with several of the following:

- General residential handyman and repair work

- Caulking and silicone application
- Bathroom and shower repairs and maintenance
- Re-grouting and tile repair/installation

- Drywall repairs and patching

- Interior and exterior painting
- Basic carpentry and wood repairs
- Installing shelves, cabinets, fixtures, and hardware
- Faucet, sink, toilet, and basic plumbing-related work
- TV mounting and wall-mounted installations

- Flooring and trim installation
- Measuring, cutting, drilling, fastening, and using power tools
- Troubleshooting and identifying repair issues on-site
- Working independently in customers' homes
- Maintaining a clean and professional work area

Mandatory Requirements
- Own reliable vehicle and ability to travel to customer locations throughout Toronto and the GTA.
- Own professional tools and equipment required to complete general handyman and renovation work.




- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs according to RenoHeal's quality standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with customers.
- Able to provide photos and job updates when required.
- Must respect customers' homes, belongings, and property.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential renovation or handyman experience.
- Experience with bathroom and kitchen renovations.
- Strong caulking/silicone, tile, drywall, painting, and carpentry skills.
- Previous experience working for a renovation, maintenance, or handyman company.
- Experience completing multiple residential service calls in a day.
- Positive customer-service skills.
- Ability to identify problems and recommend practical solutions.
