Role Description The Head of AI Data and Processes is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Agora Wealth’s AI data pipelines and operational workflows. This role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of data used in AI models, including acquisition, cleaning, labeling, governance, and performance monitoring. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to translate advisory needs into scalable AI solutions, defining data and process standards, and ensuring compliance, security, and reliability across all systems.

The person in this role will guide the application of advanced AI techniques in wealth management use cases, set best practices for experimentation and deployment,



and manage a team or cross-functional network focused on continuous improvement. They will also track emerging AI technologies, evaluate tools and platforms, and drive initiatives that increase efficiency and quality throughout the AI ecosystem at Agora Wealth.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in software engineering, with experience building and scaling data-driven systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in Pattern Recognition and Natural Language Processing for real-world, production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI techniques applied to data processing and process management.
- Proficiency with up-to-date data infrastructure and tooling (e.g., cloud platforms, data warehouses, ETL/ELT, MLOps frameworks).
- Proven leadership in designing and optimizing processes, including data governance, quality assurance, and compliance in regulated or finance-related environments.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, communicate complex concepts clearly, and drive alignment on AI strategy.
- Track record of managing or mentoring high-performing technical teams and influencing organizational practices.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with fintech, wealth management, or financial services is an advantage.
