Villa, this part-time position focuses on delivering person-centered care for residents requiring level 4 supportive living. As an HCA, you'll work closely with the nursing team, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring health status while promoting emotional and physical well-being.

Your role will involve adapting to clients' needs and actively participating in a team dedicated to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct personal care based on clients' needs
- Monitor and report changes in health conditions




- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Engage in collaborative team discussions for care planning
- Ensure client comfort, dignity, and safety Requirements:
- Valid practice permit from College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
- Minimum 6 months experience in dementia care
