Develop and implement strategies and tactical plans

Build internal and partner competency and capacity to lead continuous quality improvement through change and transformation

Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias

Work with organizational supports on department-wide strategies and frameworks, including budget planning, quality, and risk management

Assist the Director and divisional leadership team with strategic planning and administrative affairs

Provide expertise on strategic and business decision-making

Lead or support execution of strategic initiatives across Health Services

Liaise with leadership, health system, and community partners

Strengthen organizational performance, service quality, and health outcomes for residents and communities

Requirements

Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or related discipline

Knowledge of project management, quality, and change management

Must have at least 5 years of relevant job experience

Combination of education and experience may be considered

Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain cooperative, collaborative, and strategic relationships with internal and external partners





Sound understanding of organizational development and change management theories

Demonstrated knowledge of performance measurement, strategic planning, and quality improvement tools

Familiarity with organizational and systems change capacity and advancing cultural shifts

Experience conducting complex and sensitive investigations and analysis

Off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario

Ability to work a minimum of two days per week on-site

Availability for in-person interviews
