We are currently seeking a highly skilled, passionate craftsman proficient in elite stone fabrication techniques. Required Technical Proficiencies

- CAD Fluency: Complete ability to read and interpret complex CAD drawings to know exactly what is being crafted and how it must be built.
- Adaptability & Growth: A strong aptitude and willingness to continuously learn new modern techniques under the guidance of a highly skilled master craftsman.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken English to ensure clear, safe communication within our facility and project sites.
- Tool Mastery: Absolute proficiency and safe handling of all specialized handheld tools used in the stone crafting and finishing industry.
- Perfectionist Mindset: An uncompromising standard of excellence; a craftsman who is simply not willing to accept second best.
- Invisible Repairs & Color Matching: Advanced ability to color-match epoxies flawlessly to all types/colors of architectural materials, performing repairs so cleanly that the fix is completely invisible to any third party.

Personal Background & Relocation Criteria
- Clean Record: Must be of good moral character with no criminal history. Selected candidates must obtain and provide an official criminal record check issued directly by their government's responsible law enforcement agency.
- Long-Term Vision: Preference is given to individuals with no immediate dependents in their country of origin.
