Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality standards. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols, and motivate your team to maintain a welcoming and pristine environment for guests and staff alike. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring timely completion of cleaning tasks across all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficient work practices, high-quality service, and professional growth
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met or exceeded, addressing any deficiencies promptly
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance
- Enforce safety protocols related to industrial cleaning procedures and custodial practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around guest check-ins, events, or special requests




- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, incident reports, and supply usage for operational review

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and standards
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments preferred
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods and custodial best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate across departments
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy supplies, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Certification or training in hospitality standards or safety protocols is a plus
