? Pay Rate: $60.00 - $65.00/hour + 4% vacation pay

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to support a dynamic HR Services team focused on delivering exceptional client service, operational excellence, and data integrity throughout the employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with strong HR systems expertise who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving complex issues, and improving HR processes through technology.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing HR operations, maintaining system accuracy, supporting employees and leaders, and driving continuous improvement across HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide HR support and guidance to employees, leaders, and internal stakeholders.
- Administer employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, promotions, position management, leaves of absence, and terminations.
- Draft and review offer letters while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure accuracy.
- Support and optimize HR systems, including troubleshooting issues, configuring enhancements, and improving system functionality.
- Maintain and ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security across HR platforms.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to support HR system operations and enhancements.
- Conduct regular HR data audits and cleanups to ensure compliance and data quality.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, patches, and implementation activities.
- Deliver training and support to HR users and stakeholders on HR systems and processes.
- Support annual HR programs such as compensation cycles, student recruitment, and new graduate programs.
- Create and maintain HR knowledge articles and employee resources within ServiceNow.




- Lead or contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Respond to employee and leader inquiries while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, HRIS Administration, or a similar HR Analyst role.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow .
- Strong understanding of HR data management, data governance, privacy, and security practices.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliver results in a rapid-paced environment.
