Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more.

This is an unpaid internship designed for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain practical, real-world HR experience in a growing company environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for current hires,



including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and policies.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
