Duties

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units with precision and care.
- Perform plumbing tasks such as pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and leak detection to ensure system integrity.
- Conduct welding on metal components when necessary to support system repairs or modifications.
- Maintain boilers and other mechanical equipment by following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
- Read schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Use mechanical knowledge to perform appliance repairs and assist with construction projects involving HVAC or plumbing systems.




- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues early and perform preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, welding, and boiler operation.
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with appliance repair and construction projects.
- Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and mechanical diagrams effectively.
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures for HVAC units, boilers, pumps, and related mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently.
- Construction experience is a plus for understanding building systems integration.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clearly document work performed.
