As a vital member of the Commercial Banking PMO, you will oversee end-to-end intake processes and contribute to governance forums. You will coordinate assessment activities and stakeholder reviews while managing key portfolio reporting. Your analytical insights will drive strategic planning for Lending and Treasury & Payment Solutions initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Administer end-to-end Integrated Intake processes • Coordinate intake assessments and stakeholder reviews • Maintain portfolio intake pipeline status and progress • Prepare governance materials and executive presentations • Monitor risks and initiative health across the portfolio

Requirements: • 4-7 years in portfolio management or PMO roles • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Experience with project management tools like Jira • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
