Your focus will be on effectively managing the recruitment funnel, enhancing employee onboarding logistics, and ensuring seamless HR administration. With a deep understanding of high-volume recruitment, you will collaborate closely with the People & Culture team to uphold operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for Production Associates
- Maintain a live pipeline aligned with production targets
- Manage temporary staffing agency relationships
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires
- Act as a bilingual HR contact for employees Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience
