- Provide front-line customer support across campus locations
- Address in-person and email queries effectively
- Deliver accurate academic and resource information
- Facilitate students' community involvement opportunities
- Oversee the maintenance of lost and found items Requirements:
- Must be a continuing undergraduate student of U of A
- At least one academic year of study completed
- Eagerness to learn university services and procedures
