Key Responsibilities

- Support IT project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and deliverables.

- Monitor project status, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level project status reports.

- Track project KPIs, financial information, resource utilization, and performance metrics.

- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, project plans, RAID logs, change requests, and status reports.

- Identify project risks and issues and work with Project Managers and stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.

- Support change management and assess the impact of project scope, schedule, and resource changes.

- Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, cloud, and software development teams.

- Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, purchase orders,



invoices, and vendor coordination.

- Analyze project data and provide insights to support management decision-making.

- Ensure project activities follow organizational policies, processes, governance, and compliance requirements.

- Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

- Assist with project audits, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting.

Technical Skills

- Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, charts, and data analysis.

- Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

- Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.

- Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or equivalent tools.

- Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools is an asset.

- Experience with project dashboards, RAID logs, schedules, and status reporting.
