IT Systems Analyst

Location: Montreal, QC

Duration: 12-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to analyze business and system requirements, identify process improvements, and support the design, testing, and implementation of technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to evaluate existing processes, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure applications operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and recommend effective solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
- Perform system testing, validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot application and system issues, perform root cause analysis,



and coordinate resolution efforts.
- Monitor system performance and ensure ongoing operational stability.
- Support implementation, deployment, and post-production activities.
