THE ROLE:

The Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Langley, BC (Greater Vancouver Area). Serving as the primary inside sales engine and customer interface, this position is responsible for receiving customer inquiries, providing price quotes, processing orders, verifying product specifications, and managing shipment tracking and logistics.

The Inside

Sales and Customer Service Specialist team member handles all incoming calls and emails, resolves customer complaints or order discrepancies directly, and coordinates closely with production and shipping departments to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. Daily activities include managing full customer sales cycles from initial inquiry through order delivery while maintaining organized records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as the primary inside sales engine and customer interface for the order desk.
- Receive customer inquiries by phone and email and provide accurate price quotes.
- Process sales orders and verify product specifications against customer requirements.
- Manage shipment tracking and logistics to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and order discrepancies directly and professionally.




- Coordinate closely with production and shipping departments on daily shipping schedules.
- Manage the full customer sales cycle from initial inquiry through order delivery.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records of quotes, orders, and shipments.

QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

- Inside Sales & Order Management: Strong skills in customer quoting, sales order entry, tracking freight/shipments through fulfillment, and coordinating daily shipping schedules.
- Industry Knowledge: Direct knowledge or prior experience in radiator manufacturing, heavy-duty cooling systems, or industrial automotive components is considered a strong asset.
- Customer Service & Conflict Resolution: Excellent communication skills with proven experience handling sales inquiries, resolving customer complaints professionally, and turning logistics issues into positive customer outcomes.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to review detailed product specifications, identify issues early, and troubleshoot inventory or delivery delays in a fast-paced setting.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and practical experience with ERP systems, inventory databases, or shipping software.
- Relevant Experience: Previous background in inside sales, order desk, shipping coordination, or customer support within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Operational Capabilities: Ability to work on-site, manage competing sales priorities, and maintain high attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business, sales, supply chain, or administration is an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
