The position entails monitoring deadlines, ensuring accurate client records, and reporting official documents from the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO). Your proactive approach will help maintain service excellence for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Report official documents after record comparison
- Monitor patent issue dates for pharmaceutical matters




- Review discrepancies between internal and CIPO records
- Follow up with CIPO on pending documents
- Prepare prior art submissions for client filings Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail in administrative tasks
- Bilingual communication skills in both official languages
- Previous experience in IP prosecution preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
