As an Intern – Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering various technology initiatives within the IT Solutions Delivery, Enterprise, Compliance and Security team. What You Will Accomplish With Us

As an Intern – Business Analyst, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

- Contribute to business needs analysis and solution documentation;
- Support business partners in processing their improvement requests;
- Document and optimize business processes;
- Participate in the development and enhancement of IT solutions;
- Work with various tools and platforms;
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues;
- Support user acceptance testing and validation activities;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and practices;
- Document completed work and share key learnings.

What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role We are looking for someone who:

- Is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Organizational Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field;




- Ideally completing their final internship;
- Is recognized for their versatility;
- Stands out for their intellectual curiosity;
- Demonstrates a solid desire to learn;
- Shows initiative and autonomy;
- Has relevant work experience, particularly through an internship or student job in a related field;
- Demonstrates a strong interest in artificial intelligence tools and ideally has some initial experience using them;
- Is familiar with low-code or no-code solutions, particularly Power Platform, or is interested in learning how to use them;
- Is comfortable working with a variety of tools and environments;
- Has an interest in different aspects of technology, including development, analysis, and tools;Has experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes, considered an asset;
- Has knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, or an interest in learning them, considered an asset.
