Join a growing team as an Inventory Coordinator and play an important role in keeping inventory accurate, organized, and moving efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys coordinating inventory, orders, stock levels, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Monitor inventory movements, receipts, transfers, and adjustments
- Coordinate stock counts and cycle counts
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and update records as needed
- Track incoming and outgoing products and materials
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, operations, and other internal teams
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess stock
- Support inventory planning and replenishment activities
- Use inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
- Help improve inventory accuracy and operational processes

Qualifications

- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics,



supply chain, or operations is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working collaboratively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in supply chain, logistics, or business is an asset
