Our services include alarm systems and monitoring, video surveillance, access control, structured cabling, networking, and related security technologies. We are a small, hands-on team that values organization, reliability, excellent customer service, and getting the details right.

What you will do

- Tracking inventory, parts received, allocated to jobs, used, returned, and needing reorder
- Keeping technician jobs/work orders current and making sure paperwork is completed
- Checking that parts ordered for a specific customer/job are properly allocated
- Reviewing completed jobs for labour, materials, notes, and billable items before invoicing




- Following up with technicians on missing job information
- Helping coordinate upcoming jobs and ensuring required equipment is available
- Maintaining purchase orders and matching received equipment to jobs
- Keeping inventory counts accurate
- Flagging low stock and preparing purchase/reorder information
- Helping ensure completed jobs don't sit unbilled

Must be legally able to work in Canada.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
