Inc. is looking for a knowledgeable and service-oriented Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team in Burnaby. In this role, you will support our cloud-only Microsoft environment, business applications, end-user technology, device management, and cybersecurity operations. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Burnaby, British Columbia, reporting to the Manager, IT.

Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot core IT infrastructure and services, including firewalls, network switches, UPS devices, storage systems, printers, and cloud-based systems in a cloud-only environment with no on-premises servers.

Administer

Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Configure new users, accounts, access permissions, computers, mobile devices, and required business applications as part of employee onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.

Administer Microsoft

Intune MDM for device enrolment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, and endpoint management. Support and administer SaaS and cloud-based business applications. Manage and monitor backup solutions to support system availability and data protection. Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation for systems, configurations, and administrative processes.

Cybersecurity





Assist with the investigation, response, and mitigation of cybersecurity incidents. Monitor security threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging risks. Support the implementation and maintenance of security controls and operational security processes.

End-User Support Respond to service requests received in person, by email, chat, telephone, or text. Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, connectivity, and application issues. Complete support requests accurately and within appropriate timeframes.

Maintain current documentation and service request records. Deliver support in a calm, qualified, and supportive manner. Escalate incidents and requests to the Manager, IT when required. Computer, Account, Project, and Audit Support You are a knowledgeable and service-oriented IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems and supporting employees.

You communicate clearly, document accurately, and stay calm when troubleshooting urgent issues. You are comfortable working across on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft cloud environments, and business applications. You understand the importance of cybersecurity, secure access management, and reliable IT operations.

You enjoy collaborating with IT colleagues, business stakeholders, vendors, and auditors to keep systems running smoothly. You bring a positive,



solutions-oriented mindset and take pride in delivering timely and dependable support. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

At least three years of experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, and cloud-only Microsoft environments. Knowledge of or experience supporting macOS, Microsoft Intune MDM, endpoint management, and device configuration.

experience supporting environments with minimal or no on-premises server infrastructure is an asset. Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other common network services and protocols. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical documentation skills with close attention to detail. Clear verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm, and service-focused approach to support.
