Duties

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their IT needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing features such as cloud services, virtualization, networking equipment, and security tools
- Provide pre-sales technical support by analyzing client requirements and developing strategic proposals
- Collaborate with the technical team to design and recommend solutions involving AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure, VMware, Linux, and other cloud or virtualization platforms
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through contract signing, ensuring a seamless customer experience




- Assist clients in understanding complex technical concepts using clear communication and analysis skills
- Support project management efforts by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and client expectations during the sales process

Skills

- Strong understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, Linux, and Bash (Unix shell scripting) for technical assessments and solution deployment
- Proven track record in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the IT industry
- Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client requirements and craft effective solutions
- Ability to deliver engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits
- Knowledge of project management principles to oversee solution implementation from start to finish
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences
