Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, fixtures, and furniture to ensure a polished appearance
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper in restrooms and other designated areas
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks including light repairs or reporting issues that require specialized attention




- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or hazards
- Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as scheduled or needed

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work within commercial or institutional settings
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and the proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and identify when repairs are necessary
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods during shifts
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly
- Reliability and a positive attitude towards maintaining a clean environment
