Role Description JM Pipefitters and Apprentices at Lynco Energy Services Ltd. work on-site in Lloydminster, AB in a full-time capacity, supporting industrial and pipeline projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems, interpreting drawings and specifications, measuring and cutting materials, and performing fit-up and preparation for welding. Team members inspect and test piping systems for leaks or defects, collaborate closely with welders and other trades, and ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The role involves adhering to strict safety protocols, participating in safety meetings, maintaining tools and equipment,



and contributing to efficient project scheduling and execution in various industrial settings.

Qualifications

- Solid pipefitting skills, including reading blueprints and isometric drawings, layout, measurement, and fit-up of piping systems.
- Experience working in industrial, energy, or pipeline environments, with knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safe work practices.
- Ability to use hand and power tools, cutting and threading equipment, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively.
- Proven commitment to safety, including hazard recognition, adherence to company and regulatory safety policies, and participation in safety training.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with supervisors, welders, and other trades on-site.
- Journeyperson Pipefitter certification or recognized apprenticeship status (or progress toward completion) is preferred.
- Relevant safety tickets such as CSTS, H2S Alive, First Aid/CPR, and fall protection are considered assets.
- Physical ability to perform demanding fieldwork, including lifting, working at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the Lloydminster, AB worksite and willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as project needs require.
